“Intra”
means “internal” or “within”. Net has several meanings -- net
profit, net a fish, equipment in a game, or final result. Within
computing, an intranet is a set of connected computers, networked within
an organization, not necessarily in the same physical location, but
secured with private access and able to share information within the
network.
Work Smarter Now
promotes small businesses interacting with each other and supporting each
other's activities. The INtra-net Program
has been created to allow an established small business to support another
small business that is just starting out or needing to increase its
community presence.

For a one-time cost of $300.00,
Work Smarter Now will produce the following for a starter business:
► One three-page
Google-based website (with one year domain name purchased as part of
program, subsequent years responsibility of business owner)
www.google.com/sites/help/intl/en/overview.html
► One JPG color ad image
(3 inches x 5 inches) that may be used for postcard promotions and
newspaper promotions. Client-approved image will be used to produce
50 printed postcards, subsequent cards produced by business owner.
Does not include cost of ad placement/publishing.
► One color single-sided
business card image. Client-approved image will be used to produce
100 full-color single-sided business cards, subsequent cards produced by
business owner.

This is a one-time effort
with no maintenance or hosting services. The business recipient will
be responsible for all future costs for website maintenance as needed, the
purchase of advertising space, and purchasing additional business cards or
business postcards as needed.
