Suzann Brucato has more than
twenty years experience in business analysis, process improvement, project
management, instructional and information design, and graphic design.
Through Work Smarter Now, she is committed to providing these services
specific to the needs of small businesses assisting them to better service
their customers, employees, and the community.
At a collegiate level, Suzann
Brucato’s engineering and English education have lent themselves to her
ability to act as a translator and interpreter of information from its
originator to its intended recipient. With a business owner’s primary
business objective to communicate a message and provide a "unique"
service, Work Smarter Now is able to re-package that information
effectively to meet defined business goals and objectives.
In addition, with aspirations
of becoming an architect, Suzann Brucato has become an information
architect, taking a functional redesign approach to business improvement
needs, reorganizing information and processes with a customer-defined end
goal in mind.

Suzann Brucato possesses strong communication and organization skills in
