Communication Plan – As identified in the Customer Life-Cycle Analysis, there are many “touch points” for a business to optimize its relationship with prospects to referrals, and employees.  Work Smarter Now evaluates current touch points (i.e., phone contact, email contact, billing) for customers and/or employees, recommending communication, service, and/or product improvement.  A common recommendation is adding all contact information to all print interfaces with the community.  The resulting deliverable, a Communication Plan, should be prepared in conjunction with an Activity Map so that a business owner can effectively implement scheduled communication.
