ResuMe - Connecting local employable residents with employers in NJ is an approach to building "smarter" communities where employers and employees can benefit from geographic proximity.  Work Smarter Now created and maintains "The Work Place", a community-connection online resource.  The Work Place provides a FREE interactive online network of information for residents of all abilities to search online job listings, learn about employment agencies, and find career information.  In conjunction with this intranet-like group, Work Smarter Now provides the ResuMe service, allowing individuals an opportunity to promote  themselves for an entire year more uniquely than through job bank resume submissions.  Work Smarter Now designs, develops, and publishes a full-color one-page printable ResuMe, including "internet geography" postings with keywords, search engine submission, classified ad postings, and inclusion in the Work Smarter Now neighborhood and one eNews email campaign.
